Alex Green

Alex has many years’ experience and his fluency in both UK and US taxation keeps him in constant demand on questions of tax legislation in both countries.

Alex qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the age of 21 after which he joined Deloitte & Touche, specialising in International Tax.  While in the US, Alex was engaged as a consultant to Bank of America on both US and international tax issues.  On his return to the UK, Alex set up Greenback Alan, and as founding partner established a successful international and national tax consultancy.

2011 saw Alex wanting to return to a more hands on and personal service, bringing him closer to his clients, thus GBP was established.

Alex has extensive experience in the media, sports, entertainment, arts and creative industries.  He specialises in advising high net worth and high profile individuals on all aspects of personal and business taxation.

James Plumbly

James Plumbly

James worked for 2 major international accountancy firms before moving to GBP in 2011. The last few years have seen James advise many large multi-national, as well as small and medium sized organisations.

James has considerable experience in different business sectors and advises on all aspects of accounting, book-keeping, payroll, VAT, business start-ups, business plans, software and management information.

Miles Dean

Miles specialises in international tax issues and is a director of GBP International Tax. He has the ability to draw on a deep knowledge and experience of international direct taxation matters to produce commercially practical solutions to corporate and private clients.

Miles has a broad experience across a range of industries and sectors, including private equity, real estate investment funds and multinational trading companies.
